    This was my 1st experience with Goodyear of Leander and won't be my last !! I purchased 4 tires and had an 8 AM Sunday morning appointment to have them put on . Got there early 7:30 AM and Mari was busy cleaning and doing the necessities before opening. When the store opened was greeted by Mari, and her personality was just very friendly, customer oriented and welcoming.. I was very pleased with her helpfulness, and customer professionalism.. The techs Clayton and Jordan, were great.. these guys were fast.. Highly recommend this store ..The staff was super ..

    Had a great experience with the team at Goodyear. They caught an issue with my vehicle that another big chain completely missed—one that was causing my car to shift side to side. Mike took excellent care of me and made sure everything was fixed the right way. Thanks for looking out for me and my car!

    What an incredible customer experience! I didn’t expect much. I just wanted to replace a tire. I’ve come to expect that customer service is dead. Work is performed just good enough so workers don’t get fired. But that wasn’t the case with Renee. I got outstanding, fast and friendly customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer for all of my automotive needs.
