  I love coming here. The staff are pretty great & there's a lot of staff who are military veterans. They have a large selection of parts & if you need something specific they can usually order it for you. I worked with Justin today how as awesome. He was knowledge, friendly & very helpful. Autozone is always a shop I got to for car parts but this is a great store. I will be back for sure if I need anything else.

  Justin, Tristan and the Store Manager were extremely helpful! Justin was on his way out for the night, but stayed back to help me out. Tristan was busy dealing with other customers, but still found time to make sure I was taken care of! 10/10 service!

  No customer service. Horrible experience. Associate wouldn't get off his ass to help find a item. After some harsh words about everything is self help and Auto Zone is the worse. Went to competitive store and was in and out by 5 minutes. Stay away from here especially if need a answer to a car question.

  On February 3rd 2026, i found out the Leander store gave me the wrong refurbished part when I & Round Rock store mgr requested the new Duralast Gold starter. This wrong refurbished starter completely failed starting a brief fire in engine bay. And for the last 9 months, it killed my battery cranking 20-30 times to start and draining amps causing fuel pump to be intermittent. I called the store Manager at the Leander TX store explaining the issue, and he was very much upsetting and dismissive of their store selling me the wrong part. Thenafter, called the district Mgr of Leander store, he was more sympathetic to my issue but his hands were tied and he couldn't offer me a compensation for giving me the wrong part than what I requested.
