  Great experience the manager Virgil was amazing so helpful I'll literally come back just to that stellar costumer service again specifically from him!!

  I got my last inspection here the last two years, so when I got an email reminder that I was coming up due for my next one and they included a coupon to be paired with an oil change, I thought that was great! Except for the fact that they would not allow me to use the coupon because it didn’t include my oil (full synthetic). No where on the coupon is that listed as an exclusion and when I search what is included in a Jiffy Lube signature service oil change it specifically states it’s any type of oil but the price may vary. Which I’m fully aware of. The kid running the register was new, think he said it was his second day, so I didn't want to give him a hard time but the person he asked to help was very short and rude and just over all not very helpful. He ended up sticking his arm back in the door, hit a couple keys and went back out the door. Me and the kid both looked at each other because we honestly didn’t know what just happened. He read the screen and said “oh, he gave you $26 off” and totaled me out. I just laughed and said okay. The kid rings me out and doesn’t give me a sticker for my next oil change so I ask for one, he gets a blank one and writes the wrong mileage. I tell him I think it’s not right for multiple reasons. He looks at the paperwork and said he was calculating from my current mileage listed. I look at the paperwork and sure enough it has the wrong mileage, it says I’m at 114,925 when I’m at 144,925 and he wrote down 119,000. I get full synthetic and have been for the life of my vehicle and the mileage on that type of oil change should be at LEAST 7,500 so either way, it was just all the way wrong. This was after working 9 hours and waiting 45+ mins for a 15 min oil change so honestly I was done trying to reason with them and just paid and left. On top of all of that, I get into my vehicle, and the center console is open…..can’t imagine what they would have needed in there but I know there’s nothing in there except allergy meds and random koozies so I just shut it and left. I get that I’m “just a girl” and it seems easy to just dismiss me or take advantage, believe me it’s happened to me over and over again. But this place is close to my house, sent nice email reminders and offered discounts and even though I have very rarely actually been in and out in 15 mins, I’ve never had an issue with them before so I didn’t mind. Now I will be going out of my way to NOT have to deal with that kind of service again.

  Seems like I can never get the service I need here. If you're open, offer all of your service. If your employees go home early, then just be closed.

  Women beware!!!!! I spoke with Vernon, who stated he is both the General Manager and Store Manager. During a discussion about pricing, he hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional. As a local dealer and a woman-owned business owner, I found the interaction rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this location’s management has repeatedly shown this type of behavior toward women. The service technicians are friendly, but management seriously needs to address their professionalism.

  I got my oil change on March 2, 2026 at about 12:15 p.m. I took a trip to North Little Rock Arkansas. Midway on trip a message came on my dash saying, “ It’s imperative to get the oil changed right away. I clicked okay. I don’t know why that happened but I need to stop at another Jiffy Lube and have that checked. Right now I can’t rate the service high because of this issue.
