  Went in for a state inspection as my registration is due for renewal as I’ve been going here for years. I was informed they’re not doing inspections right now as they are waiting for license renewal which is a nuisance, but the young lady that greeted me had given me a suggestion on where I could get my inspection done right down the street. I appreciate her assistance and will be back for my next oil change service!

  Lady tech says they don't do state inspections, and said it right next to the sign that says they do, and I have gotten two inspections from them before. Won't be back service has gotten worse over time and this was the last straw.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience with this auto repair facility. I initially brought my truck in for an engine replacement, and at that time, there were no issues with the check engine light. After waiting nearly a year to get my vehicle back, I was shocked to find that the check engine light was now on and the original issue had not been properly resolved. Each time I picked up my truck, I had to return it the very next day because the repairs were still incomplete. During this process, management changed, and I was never proactively contacted with updates about my vehicle. When I finally reached out for a status update, I was told by the new management that they “didn’t know what to do with the truck” because the previous technician had not left any information. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I went to pick up my truck, I was told I owed $700 for repairs that had already been paid through both myself and my warranty. That was the final breaking point. This experience was unprofessional, poorly managed, and handled without integrity. I ultimately took my truck back without paying anything further due to the circumstances. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone seeking reliable or ethical service. If I could give no stars I would!

  I have taken both my car and my husbands car to this location. Before today, we have never had an issue. My husband took his car for an oil change. They didn't fill up his windshield washer fluid even though the reclaim they did. They also didn't do the light check on the car with my husband. And, they had NO stickers to let us know when the next oil change is due. Really disappointed, not sure if it was because it was my husband or because it was an older car. But, if the receipt says fluid was put in it should have been done.
