This was my first experience with Valvoline and they set the bar HIGH, I will be using them moving forward. Josh and Austin did a fantastic job handling the 3 bays while they were clearly short staffed. Josh was super helpful, very friendly, and above all trustworthy!

When I said no to something she just sighed under her breath rolled her eyes and made a grunting sound. Her name on her uniform said Austin but I doubt that was it. This was truly awkward. This was very poor service. I will never be back. While I waited to get into the bay they lost 5 other customers who got turned around and let. This place has gone to crap. I’ll be going back to my dealer for even oil changes now. The list of things you said you did didn’t all happen in your 18 point maintenance check. To top it off she didn’t even know how to turn off my maintenance light to help me with that either so now I have to figure that out just not a very good experience at

They are clear about the pricing and even show you the screen with everything even additonal things for your car. Austin in particular is great about informing you on how long you have till you need additional services.
