  Wife got her oil done here because I could not get to it . When I checked the car out I was not impressed it looked like a 5 year old changed the oil. I keep the car spotless a they had oil everywhere . All over the door handle inside the door on the door panel I popped th hood there was oil residue everywhere . For the price they charged to basically make the car a wreck I was furious. Do better guys because what I saw is not acceptable by any means !!!

  Very helpful. Had an oil change at a different location and 2 days later a low oil pressure light came on. They double checked the oil level and noticed it was over filled. They fixed the issue fast and at no chat

  James got me in for my oil change quickly, mentioned some things I could add to my visit but didn't pressure me into adding them. And he saved me the price of dinner by letting me know about some coupons.

  I took my car to this location nine weeks ago for an oil change and ever since, my car has been leaking oil. I've taken it back up there twice and I had to file a claim to which the area manager, Cameron flat out lied and said that this was being taken care of and he had spoken to me. I had never heard his name until the customer service rep told me when I had to call because no one had reached out to me in over eight days after I filed the claim. I then find out today that the manager of the League City location, Billy, declined my claim saying my car was leaking when I took it in for the original oil change ~ so if that is the case, why did they agree to try to fix it twice after the original oil change? Because IT WAS NOT LEAKING PRIOR. I went up there today to get my money back and when I left, I told Billy this would not be the end of this and I would be contacting the corporate office to which he replied "good luck with that". This place has to be held accountable when they cause damage to people's car during an oil change. I want my car fixed and I'm having to get my attorney involved which will cost Valvoline a whole lot more than fixing what they broke. The manager wasn't even there the second time I took my car back because he was at someone's house fixing their car!!!! They declined my claim clearly because they don't know how to fix what they did. Stay away from Valvoline altogether. Just getting your money back is an act of God and getting your car fixed is impossible.

  Unfortunately this was by far the worst experience ever. What should have taken only 20 minutes had me waiting over 2hrs. One of the workers DID NOT listen as I explained to him before he even started on my vehicle that I was with a fleet company and provided him with my account details. I specifically told him I only wanted to get an oil change and that I had to approve the order before starting. We'll needless to say he put thru soo much other stuff that when I receive my notification to approve work, my bill was over 400.00. When trying to contact my fleet company they worker just started working on SEVERAL other vehicles 4 to be exact. He never came back to the little computer to redo my service ticket just walked around looking at what everyone else was doing. Finally another worker finally asked if I needed some assistance and in less than 10 minutes he was able to reverse everything to the correct pricing. Never Again will I go here!
