  I took my car in for a tire patch, and somehow they ended up breaking my key fob and would not own up to it or take accountability. I gave possession of my vehicle to "Jasmine," the NTB receptionist. She claimed the key was already broken (Bladen lie), but when I went to turn the car on, the key failed to turn due to the fob being broken. Fresh glue residue was still on the key. I then spoke to John Guzman (store manager) and Henry Wadsorth (service manager), who then told me that none of the employees would be getting in trouble for their actions (which isn't the point). They then "spoke" to their crew, and no one owned up to breaking my key. They claimed I did it and that they wouldn't do anything for me. Don't waste your time at this location with sleazy workers with no customer skills. I gain nothing from this but an inconvenience and an expense. if they would have offered a solution I would not need to escalate this. If you want trust worthy work don’t come here.

  I showed up 0:17 before closing time last Thursday night, and Mike and Toni took care of a desperately-needed Oil Change before they closed. I can say, without exaggeration, that my life was a meaningless void before my visit to NTB. Now my life has joy and purpose. FOREVER in your debt, Mike and Toni at NTB.

  My Impala needs a lot of work and wasn't running &these car wizards got it running and are going to put new tires, brakes, alignment,rotors,&struts for less than $4k which may seem like a lot but better than buying a new car and having a car note :}

  They were welcoming when I showed up, very upfront about the queue of services before me and ETA for myself, fixed everything with no issues after

  Paid for a new set of tires and an alignment. Whey they brought the car out the tires were almost flat and two tires were missing valve caps. So they pulled it back in and got them up to the right pressure. Alignment was off so went back the next day. Said they fixed it. Alignment was off again and now I'm getting a bunch of suspension alerts. Took it back and they said sorry, couldn't work on it, come back tomorrow. So I went to the NTB in Alvin and they told me that NTB doesn't have the height sensor to do an alignment and they shouldn't have done one. Incompetent is how you sum this up.
