Fast but always trying to sell you a service. Beware, they always recommend services at a lower milage than recommended by the dealer service manuel for your vehicle. The service manual on my new F250 truck recommends 7500 miles between oil changes but they create the sticker to go on my windshield at 5000 miles and hope I didn’t catch it. I’m. ASE certified mechanic and own a car shop and always argue with them because they want to tell me that they are trained that actual service intervals are really less. This is how they get more business!!!

Very fast. Deducted one star because the girl who checked me in kept saying I needed an oil change but I had only driven 1000 miles since they changed it. This was for a state inspection on a 2 year old car. Math not her strength.

I probably won’t go back here again. I was having some issues with my car and took it in for diagnostics, they told me it was the rear brakes, it wasn’t. My brakes did need to be replaced but the issue was still happening when they gave me my car back and when I asked them about it they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about which is weird because the service reminders that were on when I brought it were still on and it obviously wasn’t driving in a normal safe way. I understand they probably couldn’t fix the issue there and that’s fine but the guy I talked to just acted really annoyed and defensive about it which is also weird because I was not rude and I didn’t complain. When I brought it back the second day (they asked me to because there wasn’t a mechanic there apparently) that guy was pretty nice but at that point I’d already dropped over 400 dollars and they had given me my car back without even acknowledging that the brakes weren’t working properly. They also told me I didn’t need an oil change because it was ‘too soon’ which was annoying because I’m well aware that the standard is up to 5000 miles but I try to do it more frequently as it’s an older car. Except for the man I talked to the second time I really don’t think I’d trust them to work on my car after the way that they acted.

I'll never go back. Make sure you check your air filter and cabin air filters before you go. Because they want to upcharge you for a new one and I recently changed it. I hope they put my clean one back in. I went in for an oil change!!!! You do oil changes, don't touch anything else. The sticker they put on my car said 153,000 something miles until my next oil change and my car had 42,000 on it. Wrong sticker!!!! Attitudes sucked, very disorganized.
