I explained that I had just been told otherwise, and he asked who told me. I pointed out which employee it was, but he kept repeating that they were no longer doing inspections. I explained the conflicting information I was given, and he eventually said the inspector had already left for the day, which felt like an excuse just to dismiss me. Overall, the situation made me feel like they didn’t want to take care of my service because of the time.
