We got to their location and were told not only did they not have the car we reserved for us, but the one they did have would be hundreds more. I called Enterprise and they had us booked and taken care of in under 10 minutes. We were even able to pickup 30 minutes early! I won’t be using Hertz again. Save yourself the headache and use Enterprise.

Luckily our luggage fit, however when searching the EPA vehicle class, it is considered compact. The interior of the car windshield was not cleaned properly which became a big deal at sunset on unfamiliar roads. I’m scrambling to find a napkin or something to clean it! Then when trying to clean the outside further into our trip, we realized there was no washer fluid. On top of that, the horn sounds like it belongs on a kid’s bike! We’ve always had great experiences with Enterprise but are very disappointed on this one.
