She did suggest I needed a new battery post which she and Bobby helped replace. Both were very professional and a delight to deal!! I am very thankful for both of them and that Miss Emma did not break any of her pretty nails!!

Bobby took care of the battery replacement on-site NASCAR pit crew style! And that’s not the first time I have had an assist from Bobby, so it’s refreshing to have a familiar face at the neighborhood auto parts store.
- HGHolly GrayOct 21, 20252.0Well, I went in there to have a diagnostic test done, as advertised, because my check engine light is on and I happened to have had the failed report for a vehicle inspection with me. I wanted the diagnostic test done. They said no, everything I need to know is in the failed diagnostic report. I said okay, what parts do I need to fix it? They said we don't know, you need to go and see the guy who did the inspection. They said that they knew the guy who did it and that he is a quality mechanic. Don't even get me started on that. That's a whole separate review for a whole separate organization. Anyway, they smiled, and that's why they get two stars.
