I was on hold and hung up on twice when the associate answered the fist time I was asked to hold because he was “in a rush” yeah in a rush to give false information. I gave the associate the part number I was looking for , they put me on hold and came back and said that the part was in stock, I asked if I could put it on hold , but I was assured that it would be there when I got there .After a 40 min drive I was told that they did not have the part and when I told them I called and was assured the part was in stock , I was told “yeah that’s a tough situation “.
