I have rented with this company many times in the past, particularly due to my military service, but this was unfortunately the most disappointing experience I have had to date. Upon arrival, I encountered a significant delay. The representative on duty spent a long period answering phone calls rather than attending to the customers waiting in the office. If the branch is currently short-staffed, I would strongly suggest having more personnel on shift to ensure that in-person service remains a priority. Most concerning, however, was a claim filed for hail damage. I drove the vehicle between San Antonio and Laredo, and there was no hail activity in either location during my rental period. It is very discouraging to be met with an unfounded claim after a long trip. As a frequent customer and a member of the military, I have always appreciated the convenience of Enterprise, but I believe the level of customer service needs to be significantly improved. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to ensure better experiences for future renters.

They made it a point to take an excessive amount of photos before and after. I’ve never had issues at the location near HEB plus or airport. I would recommend those as first options.
