I kept asking for information and she kept saying to call back tomorrow or Monday for information when the manager comes back. This place just seems getting worse every day. I keep calling and no one answers my calls.

I been a customer for years now, last time I bought some tires was back in 2023 in SA where I live now.. I found out I have some wheels and rims in Laredo,Tx all of a sudden under my name. Called the customer service to find out what was going on why was I getting emails that I had an account with them …. First they gave told me that yes I had an account with them in store # 49 in Laredo,Tx .Then they transferred me directly to the store but of course no one answered. Called customer service again asking for the direct number they told me we don’t have direct number….they Offered to look for the number 🙄 gave me another number same no one answered…. So I just looked it up myself this time someone answered go figure yeah…. I asked the person why I was getting emails saying I have an open account under my name … he asked my name and then he told me that no he could not find me .. so I gave him the account number and agreement number that appeared on the emails I been getting since September (3 months) he got kind of nervous then told me that it was a bug on the system… wow a bug for 3 months now really…. Asked for the manager of course he was not available at the time he had stepped out …. Asked for name and number …. Called manager never answered my call…. To make story short I got of hold of district manager too called and told him what was going on and he just told me he will look in to it… next day he just called me and told me the same thing that probably it was a mistake and that there is nothing in my name ….. I am very upset of the reason that my information stays in there system and they use it to open accounts without your consent …. And to top it off it’s not the first time this happens to me with this company …. Just be careful check your emails be on the look out …. Identify theft is a crime FYI

How does your program work?
We're all about making the wheels, tires, accessories and services you need and want affordable. We have a Buy-It-Today or 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase Option. Our 9-Months (41 Weeks) Early Purchase option allows you up to about 9 months (41 weeks) to pay off your wheels and or tires at our cash price. We also have Rent-To-Own, which allows you up to 82 weeks to pay off your wheels and/or tires. With Rent-To-Own if you don't pay your balance in full within 9 months (41 weeks), you'll receive 50% off of your remaining agreement balance if you decide to payoff your agreement early. You can fill out our online application to be pre-approved.

Can I purchase or rent to own only?
Yes, both! You can purchase or Rent-To-Own only tires and wheels. You can also buy or Rent-To-Own just one tire/wheel or a thousand. We're flexible! We carry a variety of tires for passenger, performance, truck and off-road vehicles, all latest styles and brands of wheels, all available to buy or through our Rent-To-Own program.
What do I need to rent wheels & tires/What to bring?
To qualify for our Rent-To-Own program we have a few simple requirements. In order to open an agreement, you will have to show proof of employment (paycheck stub), proof of vehicle insurance, vehicle registration, driver's license, proof of address (utility bill) and 5 references. How does the referral program work?
Earn $50 toward your account for every friend you recommend that becomes a customer. There is no limit! Refer as many friends as you would like. Simply call the store with their name and number and we’ll do all the work. Qualifications: You must be an active customer in good standing. The referred customer must open a new rent-to-own agreement with us for a set of wheels and/or tires. It’s simple!
