- IIIvyNov 29, 20251.0The worst experience I’ve had with this car wash. One day my dad took my car to get it washed, and one of the rollers on the passenger side tore the mirror off my car. One of the managers there told him that it wasn’t the first time something like this had happened, and that the washing rollers weren’t properly leveled or calibrated. They gave him a report number and everything. They told us they would call us, but a week went by and nothing. I kept calling customer service and they only told me to wait because they were “investigating what happened.” I went to the car wash because I really needed an answer about what was going to happen, since it was THEIR NEGLIGENCE for not properly calibrating the rollers. The manager was very rude, acted like she didn’t want to work, and just kept telling us to call customer service, until finally she put us through to someone we could talk to. That person told me they would push my case forward. They started asking me for estimates for the mirror, so I went to my dealership since the car is a 2024 Honda Civic—it’s new. To this day, I still haven’t received any answer. It’s almost been a month and I still don’t have my mirror. It even feels like they’re letting time pass so that I forget about it and just drop it. All I want is for them to pay for the mirror because we’re talking about almost $600 that I shouldn’t have to pay due to THEIR NEGLIGENCE.
