This car wash scratched my vehicle. I noticed the damage right after my visit and immediately spoke with the on-site manager to file a claim.
The manager (George) told me scratches were “impossible,” which was dismissive and not helpful. I still filed the claim anyway.
Now the owner response is claiming they have “no damage claim on file,” which is false — I filed it on site.
Instead of taking accountability or resolving the issue, they’re trying to discredit me publicly. I’m sharing this so others are aware: if your vehicle gets damaged, don’t expect them to take it seriously.
