I took my brand new car to get washed and it was scratched on the side; back front and top. I was not the only person who had damage on car there was another person who did a claim at the same time I was doing mine He also had a brand new truck that was scratched by the car wash. This Ramiro contacted me the next day and during our phone call told me that yes it can be damaged by the car wash but that he determined that it was impossible that his car wash would do that to my car. He was not even there when it happened the employee that took the pictures told me that it was possible. Ramiro suddenly became an expert on car paint he said the scratches could have been caused by sun; wind; rain a total CSI expert REALLY!!! My car is in the garage and was just taken to get washed Ramiro don't understand that cars have curves they are not flat. He is incompetent and has no tact on how to treat customers he was Yelling on the phone and just yelled call whoever you want and do what you want no one is going to do anything to me because I am the OWNER and I DENY CLAIM! fortunately the other person who's Truck was damaged contacted us he had asked for my number and we will be taking action on this. How is it that two vehicles got scratches one after the other what are the odds.
