HOWEVER, no one measures up to this pint size female that runs the show all the time !!! She puts all of us to shame !! Erica reminds me of my mother ! Less than 5 feet tall , tough as nails ! Please pilot ! You need to clone this employee! She is one of your best !

There is clear targeting and unfair treatment toward a specific community, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the shower wait times are ridiculous, the showers aren’t properly cleaned, and no one seems to care. Customer service is awful, management clearly has no control here, and this location desperately needs direct supervision. I didn’t like coming here at all and will avoid this place in the future.👎👎👎👎
