  Not having cars available is one thing, not calling and giving a heads up while allowing a same day reservation with that knowledge is crazy. Super lazy customer service.

  I arrived to Laredo on August 10th 2025 on company training. Enterprise is perfectly and conveniently located within the airport. Customer service representative was very polite and friendly. She communicated with me where my rental could be located. I can only say that when I went to use the windshield wiper fluid it was nothing in it. Nothing major. Upon returning the car, I was early, the manager Jerry was extremely pleasant. He was walking in with me. Introduced himself! He asked if I had any issues with the car. Offered to assist me. All around excellent customer service. Thank you so much Mr. Jerry Lara! I appreciate great customer service😊. I will recognize & make sure it gets mentioned because it's so important! Blessings to you!

  I made a reservation with Enterprise at the airport a full month in advance, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they refused to rent it to me because my driver’s license wasn’t from Texas. They claimed this was due to a “new policy,” which made no sense because I had already secured the reservation and was never informed about such a restriction beforehand. If I had known, I would have made completely different plans instead of being left stranded at the counter. Out of frustration, I called Enterprise customer service. The representative I spoke with was very clear: there is no such national policy requiring customers to have a Texas license. In fact, they even gave me a reference number for my complaint. Unfortunately, nothing ever came from it. Weeks later, I still haven’t received a resolution or even a proper follow-up. To make matters worse, the employee at the rental desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. The situation escalated to the point where I had to hand my phone to the desk agent so they could speak directly with the Enterprise representative on the line. Shockingly, the rep on the phone told me that it actually sounded like I was being discriminated against by the desk agent, since denying rentals based on out-of-state licenses is not something Enterprise enforces nationally. This was not only disappointing but completely unacceptable for a company of this size. At the end of the day, Enterprise left me stranded despite having a confirmed reservation. Thankfully, I was able to find a last-minute solution through Turo.com, and I cannot emphasize enough how much they saved the day. Turo provided a car without any hassle, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Enterprise completely failed me as a customer, and I would strongly advise anyone to be very cautious before relying on them. On the other hand, I highly recommend Turo—100% reliable, straightforward, and professional.
