    Only dropped off here from a separate pickup location. Very polite workers. Drop off service was available and prompt.

    Robert here at the Saunders street location is very helpful and polite. My experience with Enterprise has been great. I picked up the vehicle in San Antonio off of I-35 and Edgar over there was equally attentive. It’s evident that enterprise takes care of their employees an and the culture there seems to be very good!

    Before you leave the lot make sure you take pictures of all damages to the car because when you bring it back they will try to blame you!! Terrible customer service if you ask me! I showed them the pictures I took and all they said "oh ok". Terrible experience! BEWARE people!!!
