After purchasing the item, Jack kindly applied it to my car, and within a few minutes, my AC was blowing colder air than when I first bought it! Jack’s friendly, helpful, and funny personality made the whole experience enjoyable; he truly went above and beyond. My visit with him completely made my day (or rather, my week).
