  Staff needs to be better educated on refunds and or exchanges. I bought a can of Kool-It that did not seem to have any pressure, it would not spray any product, therefore it was full and unused. I took it and asked for a simple exchange, not a refund, just an exchange. The employee quickly told me it did not have warranty. I told him it was full and unused. The product simply did not work and all I wanted was to exchange it for a new one, and that I did not want a refund. He would not budge and told me no. I went to a different store showed them my receipt and with no questions asked exchanged it in a matter of minutes. The employee turned something so simple into something so frustrating for a customer.

  Was the 3rd place I tried to get help with my bumper issue and store 3505 helped me and gave me good advice quick. Thank you Frankie for the help. Definitely coming back
