  We have taken all of our vehicles to Kwik Kar for years for regular maintenance, any issues, emissions inspections, etc. They are always very fair, communicate clearly and efficiently, and take good care of us. Recently, our teenager had an issue in a horrible rain storm. We drove her vehicle to Kwik Kar and left it over night using the key drop box. In the morning, they took a look at her vehicle and found that the skid plate was hanging on by three clips. They removed it, checked everything to verify everything else was good, and didn’t charge us anything. When we picked up the vehicle, they were a lot more concerned about out teenager’s safety than the were about payment. The owner gave her advice on what to do if that happens again.

  My wife's car gave her the PM message, and I suggested that for the sake of convenience she should go here. As expected, they did the oil change etc and also showed her the engine air filter to upsell the replacement. She let them know that I prefer to do that myself. Literally, they replaced the filter just to try to upsell the replacement. It's a complete waste of everyone's time. I can buy them for less than half what they charge. Then, out of 1) laziness, 2) spite, or 3) to show me just how easy it is to do, they left 3 of the 4 screws that hold the cover down completely loose. The 4th was lost. So, nothing holding down the cover while she drove around, letting unfiltered air into the combustion chamber. I'll admit, it showed me just how easy this is...instead of taking me 5 minutes to change the filter, it only took me 4. Of course, it took a while to find a replacement screw for the 4th corner. Pro-tip from an amateur...you don't want to drive around letting road air directly into your engine. That's why they make filters. Sigh - gotta find a new convenience center for all my tire, oil change and inspection trips. Key takeaway? Don't trust the guys who can't do the littlest things to do the big things, and don't keep giving them your money to do it wrong.

  This place is the best for oil changes and inspections. The front desk folks are the best. Customer service is way better than any dealership. Thanks for a great experience time and time again.

  This is the best experience I have ever had getting an inspection & oil change. Can tell the team & manager here really care for your best interest as a customer. They Serve instead of Sell and that makes a happy customer experience.
