Worst and most bizarre customer service I've ever had. I asked the lady at the counter if they had batteries, and she asked me multiple times why. I had to explain to her that I came here after jumpstarting my car. She walks away to look for the battery but couldn't find it and walked around for awhile. She then said she couldn't lift it it, and that if I wanted the battery, then I needed to grab it myself. She also would not answer my question if anyone could install it for me. It starts raining and she looks outside and says "It's raining. I ain't going out there to install it." I completely understand that rain can affect that, but it was the tone and attitude in her voice without offering any sort of alternative. I ask what I should do because I had to jumpstart my car to even get to this location, and my car wouldn't start. She literally just shrugs with her arms and says "I don't know, it's raining." "No one here is gonna go out there." she said this with a huge attitude in her voice. She said I should just wait in the shop, and not a single person there even offered any sort of solution or anything, and most of them stared at me not saying anything, it made me feel like I was an inconvenience just being there. Again, I know they can't really go out when it's raining, but it wasn't my fault for being there. The rain stops eventually and she grabs me to the counter. She asks for my information such as my name address number etc. I give my number and the system pulls up a person that isn't me with a different name. She asks if that was me, and I told her no. She says "But that's what the system says. Are you sure?" I actually had to explain to her that I was 100 percent sure that the name on the screen wasn't mine. After I give her the rest of my info, she accidently deletes the process and had to start over. We go through the same process again, and she got stuck and had to restart a THIRD TIME. I give her my number again, it pulls up the wrong name once again, and she looks at me and seriously asks while pointing at the wrong name "Is this you?" She wasn't joking, and I was just completely stunned. I told her.... No and she asks me AGAIN "what's your name?" with a deadpan expression. This lady was either high or something was seriously wrong, because that is the most ridiculous interaction I've ever had with any kind of customer service. Someone else stepped in eventually. No apologies, nothing. This employee needs to be evaluated or something because something was seriously off with this person. The person who installed my battery was the only one that was helpful.
