  I had a rental scheduled with Hertz for Tuesday at 5:30 PM, but I received a call an hour before pickup saying they didn’t have a car available. They offered a different vehicle with an upcharge. I called Enterprise and was told they could help. I was very stressed and flustered when I arrived, but the person who assisted me was incredibly helpful and understanding. He truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth. We originally rented the car for five days, but ended up only needing it for two. We were able to return it early, and once again, the experience was excellent. I will definitely be using Enterprise again if I ever need a rental.

  Went to this place because we're stranded out of town with the vehicle that was disabled due to a wreck.Nahin Aktar was concerned as well as very helpful. I would say she went above and beyond. I would recommend Enterprise in Lake Jackson to anybody.

  Really nice car really nice staff... I had a blast thanks to this place. Assistant manager Nahi was very sweet and professional. There was a lot of people and a lot of stuff going on and she handled it perfectly. Will rent again for sure
