    If this place could receive 0 stars it would; horrible customer service; onsite staff very unfriendly and issues with rental, stating the rented vehicle was in the shop getting maintenance done. Waited over 4 hrs after dropped off by uber. Once stated vehicle was rented and returned, additional charges incurred from location changed through corp. rental agent…. I will never use enterprise location specifically. Very disappointing

    The rental vehicle was awesome, clean and comfortable. The sales rep felt like a car salesman that sped through the important details and the calls claiming I had an outstanding balance was very concerning. People , make sure you ask questions and understand the process of a rental that is provided by your insurance in the event of a claim .

    Absolutely horrible! I rented a van for a trip...I've only gotten 20 emails from them. Everything was taken care of & paid!! 45 minutes before pick up, they have no big vehicles!!! Theu dont have vehicle i had chosen!! Are you serious! What a notice!!

    My Car was in the shop for 3 week and there were Three Ladies in the (College Streets )Beaumont,Tx location that really went above and beyond to help me with all my questions or any issues that might have needed answering…..🙏
