    Ms Kelly and her associates on College st in Beaumont and the one on Mason Rd in Katy Tx are the people that keeps us going with Enterprise . They treated us as though we were family and now we really feel like we are an integral part in the big E , Enterprise family .

    Lack of communication and blaming the customer. Horrible manager attitude. Even with the information the insurance gave them that we needed a car, they didn't care since we didn't confirm the time we would be there. Manager isn't from here, so no small town pride or consideration. Wasn't even helpful with the phone calls she was receiving.
