  Was passing through La Vernia on my way to Seguin when my Suburban overheated. Was about 2 miles away and made it to Autozone. Heater hose connector decided to melt away and they had the part in stock. Shout out to Kyle for all the help! He was super friendly and got me back on the road! Was able to make it to Seguin and pick up a mower I was purchasing.

  I needed my battery checked. They checked my battery, changed it, and had me on my way less than 20 mins. He was kind, personable, held conversations with the kiddos. Very good employee! Very good service!

  AutoZone in La Vernia is my go-to spot whenever I need anything for my vehicle. It’s convenient, fast, and always a pleasant experience. The staff here is extremely friendly and knowledgeable — they’re quick to offer help, answer questions, and even go the extra mile to make sure you’re getting the right part or product. I really appreciate how efficient they are; I never feel like I’m wasting time, and I can get in and out with exactly what I need. The store is clean, well-stocked, and easy to navigate, which makes the whole process smooth. Excellent customer service every time — highly recommend this location!

  Very helpful. I went to them because the prices were a few cents cheaper then another auto store, but I also had a 10$ off coupon. Well when I went to check out my coupon, which I showed to the sales assistant, kept saying invalid. Associate gave me a 10% discount for my troubles. Will be going back for the rest of the series of parts for my vehicle. 👍
