  Tried NuBrakes out for the first time. I was admittedly skeptical as we all have found ourselves victims of the bait and switch scheme where you are quoted a price that is more than fair, only that once your 1st wheel is removed that someone needs to immediately contact Ripleys Believe it or Not because of the fact that All of your parts have fail and it is a total wonder how I made it this long without every wheel falling Off! Not with these guys as they were ontime as scheduled and the certfied mechanic texted me 30 minutes before arrival. Met the mechanic that was in uniform, in a very identifiable service vehicle and review the issue and he took the keys . 35 minutes later both back disc brakes were replaced and he showed me the damaged parts as proof of the prior issue. Upon my approval of a job well done, I received a text with a link to pay, ready for it, the exact amount of what I was quoted a day ago. Not one dime more. Honestly, I seldom fill out surveys but I was pleased to comply. I admire the fact that this company operates using a long forgotten approach to operating a business.   What an amazing service! Not only do they come to you, the price was very reasonable! We were just looking to get the front brakes and rotors but we did the back too because it was such a great price. I highly recommend NuBrakes, you won’t be disappointed.
