- LZLisbett Zavala2 days ago1.0I had a very frustrating experience at this Valvoline oil change drive-thru. As I was pulling my car in, the employee repeatedly told me to keep moving forward, even though it was obvious my car sits very low and could not safely continue. I trusted his directions, and he never told me to stop. While I was still inside my car, he then directed me to move to another lane. Once I was already in the other lane, he informed me that my front splitter had broken. At no point was I warned of any risk or told to stop before the damage occurred. Now, because of this, I have to spend over $300+ to replace the damaged splitter. This situation could have been avoided with proper guidance and communication. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
