  My experience with this location has been great. They were very honest and Wesley and Justin were very helpful. They were up front when we realized that my car was not worth the repair, and offered whatever help they could so that I could deal with it afterwards. While my car did not work out, it's through no fault of theirs and my experience with them has not been soured at all.

  What I thought would be a basic inspection, changing of brake pads, became much more thanks to the incredible staff at Safe Auto Repair. I felt valued, seen, and heard from some genuine good people, especially Terry! Terry picked me up to get my car back after the repairs were finished and he was fantastic, we had great conversation, shared stories, and I even got to rant a little! This impromptu therapy session with Terry turned my crappy day around and gave me some hope for the future. Terry, if you see this man, I sincerely appreciate your kindness and I hope you keep making that money!!

  I have had multiple good experiences at the La Porte location. The front desk staff is courteous and efficient, the service is done quickly and at a reasonable price, and the communication throughout the process (and even after) is outstanding. It's hard to find reliable auto repair providers, but I feel like I've found one that will be my first option moving forward.

  I needed an oil change, oil pressure sensor changed and rear main seal replaced. The guys do an outstanding job and are very reasonably priced and do honest work. Coming from a woman who knows nothing about repairs and is always paranoid about being taken advantage of YOU CAN TRUST THIS SHOP 10/10. Shout out to Wesley for everything! You guys have a customer out of me and will always be referred. Also be on the lookout they do send discounts in the mail!!

  I had to change my five star review to a one star review as the shop fires every single person that is hired there because the owner will not take responsibility for his own horrible management skills and fires all the good technicians, managers, even service advisors! Every single good review on this page are employees that are no longer there. The owner rather charge customers $225 an hour for labor when you can go down the street and pay $165-$175 an hour and atleast you know the people that are touching your car will be there to help you get the best service you can! And you can’t get a more honest review than this! If you don’t believe me call up there and ask for the person you had a good experience with! Justin is the owner so he will always be there.
