  Josh, the Store Manager, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond when it came to taking care of my cars unexpected battery dying. I had visited another AutoZone, the one in Baytown off of 146 (don't recommend), prior to visiting Josh's great store and was incredibly let down. The other AutoZone refused to change my battery and told me I had to go to the dealership in order to get my battery replaced. I called Josh's store, explained the situation, and he told me to come on down and he would get it taken care of. He was very thorough in explaining the different types of batteries I could purchase and the warranties, along with swapping my battery out for me with no issue at all. He was very attentive, informative and insanely helpful, especially in 28 degree weather. He truly is a life saver and is such a great representative of your company. His store will be my go to and the one I will recommend to anyone needing vehicle help.

  Kaden L was what I saw on his name tag from Autozone La Porte, Tx… he’s my hero that just saved the day! I had a major mishap with my license falling behind my stereo (not even sure how this all happened but it did) but that guy knew exactly what to take apart in my car, where all the clips are and how to safely unclip the whole section, what tools to use, how to retrieve the ID so I can make my flight, and put it all back together perfectly. I’ve never been to Autozone LP, but that’ll be my new go-to for all things thanks to Kaden! He is very confident in his knowledge and extremely familiarized with vehicles, he’s going places. So thankful! 🙌
