I had to wait close to two hours and still after that they couldn't get the machine to work. I called them another day to see if they had things working and they didn't. It is a newish location and I wanted to try them out instead of going into TX City, had to go to TX City anyways.

I noticed oil was leaking from under my vehicle. Two days later the engine started knocking and the engine light came on. I drove it back up there to let them know, and I very young man by the name of Alex was extremely rude! He got an attitude with me and laughed in my face when I was asked for the receipt and I told him I did not have it. He then began doubting that I even received an oil change at this location verbally to my face. Turns out the drain plugs wasn't tight enough. When asked what I was supposed to do about the check engine light, Alex shrugged and laughed then walked away. Jim was the one to come and fix the issue, with compassion and professionalism! Jim was very understanding and receptive, and he personally went down in the garage to check for the problem. Then came back up and looked under the hood to make sure everything was okay. Jim is honestly the only reason I would return

Throughout the oil change I was informed of what they were doing and given recommendations for my vehicle. I never once felt pressured or like they were trying to sell extras. Tyler was very friendly and made conversation throughout my oil change. This will now be my forever location for oil changes!
