- EDEric P Davis2 days ago1.0I spent over $300 for this oil change with additional services. A few days later I noticed my skid plate was crooked. I finally crawled under the vehicle and discovered that they lost a spacer, stripped out the threads for bolt, and lost another bolt on this two year old vehicle. Everyone seemed very nice and professional, but if you can’t do the job right, you should have apologized and sent me on my way instead of damaging my vehicle. Now I am also questioning the additional work that was performed since they sent me away knowing this wasn’t right. After reading through some of the other 1 star reviews it sounds like they’ve needed to invest in a few torque wrenches for a while now.

Paid $59.99 groupon for 5 quarts plus one extra court (my car takes 6) for $9. Price without groupon was like $130. Told me my tires were due to be rotated and said I would pay for it, but then they said they were after factory tires and they could not rotate them. I got my oil changed, but my oil change light is still on. Super friendly guys and did very well even when understaffed.

Caden and Joel helped with the service today and like always very helpful and done in a time efficient manner.

But it didn’t really take that long, the crew was working fast and efficiently. Jared checked my lights and blinkers and my oil change was faster then fast quicker then quick. Andrew changed my coolant and I left with a safe, cooled lubed up car. Great job from a great business!

This is the only oil change service station that asked me if I wanted a sticker with the mileage on the service date (and handed it to me after I said "yes"), instead of fixing it on the windshield of my car, as other stations do. I have complete trust in this Valvoline station and will continue to return for oil changes.
