  Oil change here is way too expensive. Demand a price up front. Trust me. They'll rip you off otherwise.

  Friendly and helpful staff. They didn't have my odd-sized tire in stock but ordered it and had it ready the next morning. Quick service, fit me in immediateky, and friendly staff. Clean lobby with pod coffee available for guests. Easy parking lot to get into and out of. Great spot, highly recommend for tire services.

  Great customer service. Went in for a rear passenger TPMS replacement the morning of 01/11/26. Was done quickly and with great customer service.

  This place charged me 260 just to install and balance tires. Lie #1 they told cost included life time balance so I said OK. A week later I went back and they told me they don't do life time balance, but they would re-balance tires because they were vibrating. It was on a Sunday Dec 21, they took my truck and I waited for 40 minutes they come back and said all balanced out, lie#2. Left and still had vibration. My wheels are black and were very dust. I looked at wheels and so signs of finger prints that wheels were taken off, they didn't do anything just lied to my face. Called to confront and they still lied and said they took one off and it balance so all are good. These guys must think we're idiots. Since they kept with their lies I asked for a refund and they still haven't gotten back to me. If you had any work done here (Goodyear Kyle) double check to ensure it was done. Only lies from this place

  I had a very good experience at Goodyear today! I scheduled an oil change for 12:30 and when I got there they were super busy so they told me it would be a wait and I offered to come back later which they said would be good. The employee I spoke with was very friendly (I believe his name is Uriel) and I had time so I didn’t mind. When I came back later they ended up giving me my oil change for free, which made my day. When I got back into my car I even noticed that my tire light had turned off so I think they may have aired up my tires too. I will definitely be a repeat customer after this :)
