- CCCaliphasJan 5, 20265.0Cherish your employees, because you have some good ones. These days you can’t pay someone enough, you have to find people who actually care and love vehicles. Obviously it reflects the management of the business if the employees are nice and helpful. Most of us are DIY people are we are broke, can’t afford to be taking our cars to a mechanic. Maybe we know a few things but most of us are not really mechanics ourselves, we just do what we have to do to get by. It’s nice when employees don’t talk to you like you’re an idiot, that’s like adding insult to injury since we’re trying to get our hoopties back on the road.
