  Jiffy Lube does Texas State inspections and various auto needs. Upon arrival at this location you pull in the back, similar to going thru a car wash. In the back are 3 auto bays at which the Tech ask what's the purpose of your visit. He then will instruct you which bay to pull up to. That's the point at which you stop and get out and go inside. They tell you at that point approximately how long it will be. This location is similar to a car wash as you walk in along a hall to the front where there's a waiting room. Along this hall and in the waiting room is lined with windows as to which you can see all three days and the progress of your vehicle. Jiffy lube inspects all vehicle's that come through their facilities for free of the general safety items ( lights, tires, wipers, air filter, oil, and other such items. It's then given to the service tech who call on you, and take you to where you arrived at. In this location is a computer terminal at which once he goes over the condition of there free inspection. There's no high pressure to due any repairs if you choose not to. I personally as someone who can do repairs and very familiar with safety issues thinks great that they do this. I feel most people would appreciate if they notice a unsafe tire, or the cars air filter dirty, or even a battery about to die. Most people don't like the pressure to buy service, but appreciate something they were unaware of. As far as prices on their services, I can't honestly say because I only got the State inspection which is the say everywhere. However overall a great experience and quick open service for basic auto needs. Highly Recommend.

  Employees are so friendly, professional and courteous. They all communicate well with each other and their patrons. Waiting area is very clean, and service is very efficient.

  I have used this Jiffy Lube location for years and they have never disappointed . Communication is clear , discounts and coupons are honored , and the oil change has always been done well. Today I was greeted by the technician , told how long it would take , door was opened for me , maintenance explained , oil change done all in 30 minutes or less . Tre explained any upcoming maintenance that could be addressed. Always informative , never pushy and had quotes for brakes so that I can consider all my options . Kuddos to this crew and location !

  I love this jiffy lube. They always treat me like a queen. I am always told what to look forward to soon when it comes to my car. Never surprised.
