I thought the service was fine and fast but I had to spend a good 90 minutes diagnosing and repairing a couple of leaves that got stuck in my cabin air blower after their service. This caused a lot of noise in the cabin. This could only have happened when they removed my cabin air filter to try to sell me a new one. There were a couple of leaves on top but I had a filter at home so I declined. So when they replaced my filter they either accidentally or intentionally dumped leaves in the blower housing which meant I had to fully uninstall the blower motor to clear out the debris. Additionally, I was disappointed that they didn't update Carfax with their service like other places do.
