I have a different address from my mailing address on my license so he needed proof of something with the address on my license. I showed him my paystub he THEN asked for further proof after I told him all of my bills are through someone else so it wouldn’t show my name . I had a dad who gets cars through enterprise / hertz all the time and his mailing address is in Louisiana and he never gets asked for multiple proofs of address . I get if you’re trying to follow protocol but Sergio was very rude and consistently questioned my address and why am I up here if the address is in Dallas . As if that has anything to do with him. I watched his exchange between me and other people and I felt it was very Sly and didn’t give customer service at all.
