I have come into the store several different times and the service has always been decent but when working with Evelyn I got first class service! She went above and beyond to help me out with finding a part and getting the part number and finding out where I could pick the part up immediately which saved me hours a phone calls and driving around. I'm not sure if she is in management but she definitely should be. She sets a very high standard when it comes to customer service I've never had that kind of help at any parts store and I've shopped at many!
