  I counted five employees, we are from out of town and asked to borrow a 15 wrench. They stated they had all the other sizes except 15, no problem. We purchased a kit of wrenches. I needed the longer wrenches so I had to return the stubby wrenches I had purchased previously. Upon telling the same employee RJ that had helped me check out the first time that I needed to return and exchange for the longer wrenches he didn't look to pleased. As he was doing the return in the background employees were standing around having some non professional conversation about dating. While other employee preceeded to help a customer with a tool kit pulled from the back in commercial that we were not offered after asking to borrow tools. Overall I would not recommend as this store first impressions gives that they have preferences on helping certain customers and are more preoccupied by personal conversations, gossip and smoke breaks that are conducted by a gray shirt in the front door by where customers are. I would highly suggest a district manager take a good look into the running of this store.

  Bubba helped us out there at Autozone. He's awesome super awesome customer service. In that alone I will continue to come to this location.

  Extremely helpful and kind. Went out of their way to solve my issue. Recommend anyone who needs help go see the Men that work at this establishment.
