  They were very kind gentlemen who got the job done. I'm glad to stay in my car, it was done quickly, no hassle. I'll admit that when I first arrived, I came in the wrong way and drove into the building without anyone being there. That is an error on my end, and I apologize. However, I was also told that it was common for people to do that. I understand why; all the entrances and exits were wide open and the arrows on the ground were faded. I recommend having those arrows redone, potentially with a darker color. I also recommend having signs saying, "wrong way" and "wait here for service" at the respective exits and entrances. I think the reason people get confused is because they're used to going to places with these factors and are just designed differently overall.

  It was a routine oil change. At first I got nervous about topping off other fluids because of a past experience (not at any Valvoline place) in which someone not only overfilled the coolant reservoir but also used the wrong one after I had already just done a coolant flush. They topped it off about where it should be at this place though and used the right one. Oil change was very fast and is at good level. The only bummer is that it is a franchise so they cannot accept any coupons that I usually get online but I think I'll live.

  The woman wont let me use a $10.00 off coupon bc she said they are a franchise??? It was 82.99 and they didn't rotate my tires..
