I got the premium package with 30% in the front and 5% in the back, and the results came out perfect. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality of the work and products makes it totally worth the money. Definitely a solid choice if you want it done right.
- DSDarrick SmithApr 3, 20261.0The technicians/installers seem to be well-versed and good at the craft however, the front desk service customer service rep had to have been The worst experience from a customer service I have ever encountered in my life . she was short with the customers with me while speaking rude, unwilling to help or give assistance. It just seemed like I was bothering her for me even being there though I spent over $300 in the store I would absolutely never go back to that store again, and I would not recommend anyone as long as that’s how they treat their customers and do business. I will give that a -5 in customer service.
