  Scheduling an appointment was easy and they got the job done right. I appreciate that the technician, Larry, gave me a 15 minute heads-up when he was on his way. When he arrived, I only had to unlock my car. A while later, I got a text that the job was done. I also really like that I could schedule them to come to my workplace. That meant I could get my windshield repaired without taking a day off work. My insurance covered 100% of the repair cost.

  I was charged around 575 for a rear window to be replaced you would expect for the job to be done correctly. The person who came out didnt take down the window right scratched up quite a bit of my car along with didnt take out the broken glass when he stated he would. The car window is barely hanging in to the point where i worry if I drive the window will break down. The guy messed up the seals along with didnt even have the proper windshield wiper for the back. The guy also almost left with my car keys and I had to tell him to give it back. Honestly I used to hold this company with higher regard now from this experience I can truly see how "professional" they have become. I should be given a discount from this inconvenience and now cant drive my vehicle for a few more days. Also if they say you can drive your car in 30 minutes thats wrong they typically advise to wait 24 hours. This is truly disappointing especially when the technician came clearly unprepared and didnt have most of the items needed. I just did a follow up and the guy who was taking pictures (when they said they'll fix the problem never did only took the sunglasses the guy left but not bothering to clean up the glass) I pointed out the damages from our handles that are now cracked the new multiple scratches on my car and damaged the seal. They made me go down there just for pictures when they originally said they'll be coming down to the location but said they werent due to "rain" that never occurred today 4/10 it was supposed to be all good and replaced without issues back when I originally paid for this lousy job for the amount that I did which was on Wednesday. The tech who was taking pictures said that night rain won't come in even when you can physically see the gaps in the car and he stated that if it was beaded right then theres nothing they can do and accused us of our car being a "used car" and blamed US for what KYLE damaged. Firstly it was a new car that was in great condition that we bought and secondly this wasn't in this poor condition until now. I suggest that the owner should make these 2 unprofessional people have a coaching and clearly training one to teach customer service skills and Kyle needing to know what to do as it shows there is lack of training. I truly hope these 2 people will have the same problems come back to them with there vehicles and be told and treated the same way. I also showed my colleagues on how "professional" this job was and they laughed and truly won't be ever going to safelite as its clearly evident that the workers here lack common sense and respect. I hope you will actually fix the damages and the window along with having a serious conversation with your customer service representative at this location that has brown hair and nose piercing. Truly this has been the worse experience ive ever had I could've easily went to another shop who would've charged less and did a better job than this lousy crap.

  Coming home from practice a rock hit my window, once I got home I scheduled an appointment with Safelite within minutes I had an appointment my technician called and was here and done with my windshield all within an hour! Very impressed! The technician was courteous and knowledgeable and did excellent work! Would definitely recommend Safelite to any and everyone!

  Would definitely recommend Safelite. Extremely easy to schedule. No stress, no worries. Tech was very professional and completed the removal and installation within stated time frame. Great work! Clean and efficient.

  The technicians were so friendly and welcoming. They answered all of my questions and explained the entire process in detail to me. They made it a super easy and quick process as well. I just had to drop my car and go. It was ready within an hour. Super happy with my visit and the service I received.
