  Patrick and AJ were excellent and proficient at getting my oil change. They were thorough in making sure I had safety upon leaving. Highly recommend stopping by jiffy to get your car needs squared away!

  I’ve been coming here for over 6 years now. It’s a pleasant experience every time. Everyone that works here is always in a great mood. I highly recommend giving them a shot. Tito and Patrick are fantastic.

  They say they don't do emissions anymore or was it almost closing time? Young men just sat there and I asked about an emissions test. They said nope we don't have that service here but it was almost closing time.

  HOURS: They are GREAT, they’re open 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM every day except Sunday when they are closed. BATHROOM: Unisex bathroom available, and it was clean, had toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and there was an open trash can near the door (easy to drop a paper towel into after opening the door). PAPERWORK: This was a newly purchased used vehicle, and updating the new owner information was easily conducted by a technician scanning the back of my Texas drivers license. LOBBY: The lobby was clean and had 6 chairs & 3 end tables for customer use. There was an approximately 42” tv in the corner which was broadcasting CBS News 24/7. Free coffee & hot chocolate available in the lobby. STAFF: I was helped & continually updated by Albert, a grey-bearded gentleman. 2A: I observed no restrictions to legally carried weapons. COST/PRICES: I was quoted a reasonable & expected price before any work began; the price held minus a military discount. ACCESSIBILITY: There is a sloped, wheelchair accessible ramp leading to the front door (the locked one) but since the door opens out, I’m not sure how accessible the facility is. There are also grab bars adjacent to the toilet. The bathroom door seems wide and easily accessible. SAFETY ISSUE! There were 3 exits from the lobby, but what one might consider the main or front door was locked (there was a twist knob on the inside, beside the “door must remain open during business hours” placard. One of the remaining doors led to the back of the business and the third led to the maintenance bays, and those doors were unlocked. BTW, the employees knew the main/front door was locked because upon arrival, they motioned for me to enter through an open maintenance bay door. The door was fully functional and Albert even unlocked it and exited to assist another customer during my visit. At no point was I worried about being trapped in the lobby; this was just a moment in time observation.
