  If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We booked our car rental for pickup today at 10 a.m. but when we showed up they told us they gave away our rental?!? I’m sorry like what? How? Why? They couldn’t even give us a straight answer or cared to be of any help. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

  They double charged me for a 1 day rental and when I called they said it was a mistake on their end and it would take them 2 weeks to get my money back but it’s been 2 weeks and I keep calling and they won’t answer the phone

  I booked a truck online, I get here 10 minutes later and then you tell me there are no trucks available… Why was it booked if you had nothing in stock?

  I drive Enterprise/National Rent-A-Car vehicles more than my own vehicles. I am Platinum with Enterprise and Executive Elite with National. I usually get my vehicles from the GRK Killeen Airport location. The employees there have never failed me once. They automatically upgrade my reservation to a minivan, truck or SUV because of my level and the amount of materials I need to carry with me. This location, unfortunately, I have had to use twice (today being the second time) for my work. Reservation was for 0900, it is now 1157 and I'm still waiting. I showed the employee the app with the member status and nothing. Apparently this location doesn't really care if you're a loyal member or not. Wait times are horrible, the excuse is always "Vehicles need to be cleaned". This will be the last time I allow my company to rent at this location.

  I made a reservation by calling the enterprise number on the website. When I arrived they had no vehicles available to give me. My pick up was at 1:30. The reps were nice about it and told me they would make calls to try and get one in. Sat at the location for 3 hours waiting on a rental. While I sat there 10 other people came in to the same problem. Enterprise needs to do better when making reservations. It should be policy or workflow to call the location a customer wants to rent from to verify vehicles are available and lock those in. As I read down the reviews it seems to be a serious problem for you guys. I was told twice that my complaint was pushed to higher management and made top priority, still haven’t gotten the call back from them. They did get me in a van for the same rate as a compact which is why they get two stars.
