- CWCosmo WalkerDec 29, 20251.0I took my 2025 Toyota RAV4 here to get a hood wrap. I explained to them that my hood was extremely shiny and reflective and distracting while I was driving. And I wanted to get it wrapped in a black that would not shine or reflect anything. So I paid $365 bucks they put satin black on my hood. It looked really good. Till I got behind the wheel and I can clearly see coolers I can even read road signs license plate of cars in front of me. And they told me it's just the Angle of my hood. There's no color or finish that will get rid of it. Their website says 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed.. don't believe that. Its a lie. So I paid these people $365 bucks to go from a shiny red hood to a shiny black hood. And I explained to them that I'm a 100% disabled veteran and on a fixed income. That much money is a lot to me and was told there's nothing they can do. They absolutely don't care about their customers. They'll never get another dime of my money. And I'll tell anyone I possibly can not to do business here. They did me 100% wrong and they need to fix THEIR mistake. Replying to your Reply. I never called into question the quality of the work done to my vehicle. I am however calling into question the quality of the product put in my vehicle. And your handling of the situation. Yes I came into your store to apologize for the way I acted. By my yelling at you. That was wrong on my behalf. But you calling it wrong saying the wrap isn't reflective. I have posted pictures for everyone to see how"not" reflective they are. Your own installer said it could be a defective wrap. But this you didn't consider. You just want to blame your customer. And I've taken my vehicle to 3 other places that do car wrap and all of them saying. Satin black vinyl wrap should not be reflective like that. You sent me an email stating that you would replace the satin black with a matte black. (Your email also provided with pictures) And when I came into your store to apologize for yelling at you. You told me you're not going to honor your words and fix this. So I feel like my review is very fair. People need to know that if something happens to their installation if something goes wrong. Tint world will not fix it. And/or honor what they tell you when they say after Christmas we'll put a different wrap on your car. You kept telling me how much you already paid for the wrap. Without taking a second thought that I paid $365 dollars and still have a reflective hood.

I canceled my appointment and then I was texted and harassed by them and I think they only told me $300 because I am a woman and they thought I would not know.
