  The mechanic at this shop clearly knows his stuff; very skilled, efficient, and the prices were slightly cheaper than other places I checked. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The front office experience was absolutely awful. The woman at the counter was incredibly rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful throughout the entire process. It’s a shame, because the actual service work was acceptable, but the attitude and lack of basic courtesy from the front office completely ruined it. I even went as far as contacting their Florida headquarters to report the issue, which should tell you how unprofessional the interaction was. I would have considered bringing my other vehicles here, but after this experience, I’m relieved I went elsewhere. A good mechanic can’t make up for bad customer service.

  If you love your vehicle and want more done to it at a reasonable price this place has it all and more. The owners are super nice and really upfront, even they're technicians are chill. Definitely will be coming here as a regular when for my car needs

This isn't a hit piece on an entire business, because frankly, I can't tell you about the rest of their services. Maybe they're wizards with tint and body wraps I simply don't know. But what I can tell you, with absolute certainty and a fair bit of lingering frustration, is this: If you need any body panel work done on your vehicle, do not take it there. My experience was, to put it mildly, horrible. Recently, my car needed some attention to a couple of exterior panels. Nothing catastrophic, but enough to warrant professional repair. Like any responsible car owner, I contacted a local establishment, got a quote, and thought I had done my due diligence. The crucial part, in my opinion, was the conversation. I made it a point to explain, in meticulous detail, exactly what I wanted done. We went over every specific area, discussed the desired finish, and I left feeling confident that my instructions were not just heard, but understood. I genuinely believed we were on the same page, and that my vision for the repair was crystal clear. The day I went to pick up my vehicle, my heart sank the moment I laid eyes on it. It wasn't just "not quite right"; it was genuinely, undeniably bad, professional body work, you expect a certain standard, especially when you've gone out of your way to communicate your needs clearly. If you are considering this particular establishment for any body panel work do yourself a massive favor and look elsewhere. Learn from my mistake. Your vehicle deserves better.
