  Gary and Mike helped me out when I came in for a free brake inspection. Mike explained everything and showed me what was going on in detail. Gary helped guide me through the pricing and worked with me to make sure I could make my truck safe again. I will most Definitely be recommending Mavis to friends and family and coming back to this location for further needs for all 3 of my vehicles. Thank you Gary and Mike!

  After years of doing business with Discount Tire, I decided to buy 4 new tires with road hazard warranty from Mavis and they told me their warranty was the same as discount. Come to find out, unlike Discount, their road hazard warranty is prorated and they would only cover half the cost of the tire I bought less than 6 months ago. Discount would have covered the entire cost of the tire. Its kind of on me for not reading the fine print. I'll just stick with discount and recommend them to everyone I deal with now.

  Gary D man he a great dude fixed my wheel bearings for me and my baby drives smooth all over again and he fixed my tire that had a nail in it I recommend strongly for service this shop has done everything I asked to be done to my baby and it was done correctly with the best attitude very respectful and he works with you as much as he can I will be back personally for any maintenance purposes on my vehicle Stay blessed fellas 🙏🏽

  I will NEVER use or recommend this Mavis Tire location and would give zero stars if I could. I came in for a balance and rotation in August 2025, which was completed and I was told I was free to go. I asked if they checked alignment, which was not checked and when they put back up on the lift they brought me to bay and told me my suspension was blown and I needed two new tires. I was at the shop for SIX HOURS, no updates unless I went up to the counter and countless customers came and went as I waited. I finally got my car back, unhappy, and it looked higher in the front than the back but I did some research online and it said the car would “settle” over time, but it was abnormally high to the visible eye and it never “settled.” I was offered a “free oil change” for my wait, but whatever… it was not enough to make me even remotely want to return. Fast forward two and a half months later, and I take my car to another shop for a check engine light. Well, you can imagine my surprise when they tell me the front of my car looks like the wrong parts were used, struts were installed incorrectly, AND I have two tires that are the wrong size for my car. I called a Mavis affiliate store here in Austin and they said they would look at it since it's under warranty. Well, low and behold they found that the car was too high in the front, the struts were installed incorrectly and the two tires that were replaced by Mavis were in fact the wrong size. I had to leave my car at the affiliate because I was told it was “unsafe to drive” which is also what the shop who checked my oil problem told me. I had to take a $25 Uber to get home and am going to have to take another to get back to the affiliate shop after they FIX the whole front of my car and put the right size tires on it. And the real kicker is, I financed the suspension and tire job with Mavis so I am still paying off $1900 for a job that was completed incorrectly and now I’m not even sure I needed. So BEWARE of this place. This has created more distrust in me and the car repair industry.
