I have a new car battery, and the auto start/stop light has been on for a few months causing trouble starting my vehicle. I'm scared to get locked out after messing with the battery. Vehicle does not start in the mornings, and the device freezes every time I attempt to start the vehicle. Device also lags when blowing into the device every time. Maybe the TX heat messed up the device. Very inconvenient to go through daily after all proper steps are taken and making payments on time. It's also inconvenient not able to contact customer service to fix this issue. Not sure If I will be charged for a device swap. No choice but to suffer at a device's ability to perform.
