Exceptional Service from Start to Finish!
I had an amazing experience with Gerber Collision & Glass after our car suffered major hail damage. From the moment I dropped it off, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Alicia is so kind and provided consistent updates at every stage, so I always knew what was happening with the repair. She actually said “cars are people’s lifelines” and I knew then that we were in a place that knew how important it is to be informed to plan for daily life.

If I could give them 10 stars I would from the moment I walked into their establishment my experience was amazing from the handling of my claim to what would need to be done going forward when it came to the repairs .And also the communication was very good during the process . When I picked up my vehicle I was greeted with a smile and reassurance that the paint job was completed and it exceeded my expectations.

My initial repair was quoted at a few days, took a few weeks due to issues with receiving the wrong bumper, twice. They offered no rental car or discount to make up for this.
Then they put the wrong bulb in my brake light, causing me to have to return 3 times after the repair before they finally pinpointed the issue. The final time, the manager did it himself, but in the process broke my tail light. He swore he would order a new one and replace it free of charge, and I believed him. Up to this point, I had been very kind and understanding despite the numerous issues. A month after his promise I had still heard nothing, so I called and asked about it. The manager told me it was taking longer than expected due to supply issues. Another month and a half later I had still heard nothing and unfortunately had to move across the country due to military PCS. I guess I’ll never get that tail light from them. Next time I’ll be sure to get it in writing, it was dumb of me to simply trust them.
