  Horribly experience. Poor quality checks and mechanical skills. Was involved in an auto-collision accident on my driver side door. Throughout the auto-collision repair time, they were great with keeping me updated (hence the 2 stars). Only deficiency I found was that they had a horrible initial screening when it came to figuring out what all was wrong with my car and how much it would be. Took all of maybe 5 minutes (I will get into this later). Vehicle came back to me sooner than expected, now with a scratched driver side window and my instrument panel brightness not working properly. Door is also not lined up as it should be (pictures will show you the comparison between driver and passenger side door alignment) I contacted the shop in regard to my window and instrument panel brightness. They had replaced my window and tint but claimed no responsibility for the instrument panel brightness because it had “nothing to do with the door and its repair”, leaving me to fix it out of pocket. This leads to why I had mentioned that they have a poor initial screening. Again, my panel brightness went into the shop fine, but now is faulty after repairs were done. The point I am trying to make is that if they had properly examined the damages, they would have caught the issue and my insurance would have covered it. After picking up my vehicle for the window replacement, I now find damages around my driver side tweeter and the center door panel bolt threads are stripped. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

  I was here not too long ago they fix the physical issue with my car, they also gave it back clean!

  Once again the team at Gerber has delivered repair to our vehicle in a timely manner with a focus on quality. Amada was great enough to message me with an update along the way when they were waiting for a part to be delivered to complete the repair. The truck looks brand new. We really appreciate how clean it was when we got it back! Now if only we can keep it that clean.
