  Rented a truck from them for business related reasons and the customer service was incredible. So easy to work with on the truck rental side, I would definitely rent from them again.

  I rented a van from Enterprise Truck Rental that became unsafe (SEVERAL mechanical and NUMEROUS safety issues) to drive. Despite repeated reports and promise of a replacement, zero accommodation was made. I made 4 trips to the shop on my time and inconvenience. Instead, Enterprise kept billing my card without authorization and ignored my written requests for policy and/or protocol per such situations. I was left with an unsafe vehicle, financial loss, and no acknowledgment of accountability from management whatsoever. This is how they treated a long time customer, having paid over $10K (for this unit alone) and had to remove personal vehicle from their lot after back and forth decisions. Exorbitant yet incompetent.

  PLEASE FORGIVE ME, THIS IS SOOOO LATE: In APRIL 2025 I had to rent a car because my personal car was being fixed. I had encounters with Amyah, Taurus and an older gentleman who drove the shuttle vehicle. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and kindness they showed me. If these employees no longer works here, can someone please contact them and show them this post? But I was very thankful for their professionalism and great service. This is for the W.S.
